This session will provide learners with the opportunity to review The 5 Ways to Wellbeing and take part in a series of wellbeing activities linked to each. Learners will gain an awareness of the key themes: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give and recognise how incorporating the 5 Ways into their life could improve their health and wellbeing.
This course is delivered online and is designed to show simple exercises that can be done at home to develop learner’s knowledge and understanding of the components of fitness alongside the benefits to overall health and wellbeing. It is suitable for those who are new to exercise and wish to gain an insight into how physical activity can impact their lives positively during this time.
This course introduces a number of male health related topics and aims to raise awareness of key issues relating to mental health, cancer screening and the importance of an active lifestyle. Personal reflection during the session will enable students to recognise how to improve their own health and wellbeing.
This course provides you with an opportunity to experience how relaxation practices can contribute to your health and wellbeing and for you to reflect on the benefits of these practices with a view to embedding them into your daily life, developing self-care tools to support you during challenging times.
