The practice requires no special equipment and can be done anywhere making it an inclusive skill for all to learn.     This course is designed for those who wish to gain an introduction to yoga, some key practices and moves. All postures have been adapted to incorporate the use of a chair, making the course suitable for people with limited mobility or physical disabilities / difficulties. The course contains both practical and theory elements with learners also being encouraged to reflect on the benefits from engaging in a range of yoga practices.
