Learner Voice
We value the opinions of all of our learners and welcome feedback on our courses, teaching and facilities.
If you wish to tell us how we’re doing we ask that you:
- Speak to a member of staff directly – Talk to your course teacher or any member of staff. If you have a problem they may be able to resolve it immediately or they will refer you to someone who can help.
- Complete a compliments, complaints and comments form – Available at Lancashire College reception, or by asking your teacher. A CCC form should be used to comment on our services, give a compliment or put forward a suggestion.
Contact the quality team – QualityandCurriculumLAL@nelsongroup.ac.uk
From time to time we may ask you to provide feedback, this is optional and could be done in the following ways:
- Contributing to a class visit or an observation of teaching and learning – People may visit your class to check the quality of teaching and learning. Please tell them about your learning experience if asked.
- Take part in surveys – Your teacher will ask you to complete a course evaluation towards the end of your course and we’d greatly appreciate it if you could complete it and return it. We may also contact you by email, telephone or post for further feedback if applicable.
Ofsted ‘Learner View’ – Helping learners have a voice – Learner View is a website managed by Ofsted which enables learners to rate their college.
