ELCAS – Enhanced Learning Credits
We are committed to providing high quality, flexible educational courses to support members of the Armed forces, Ex forces and their families who reside in Lancashire. We have a selection of courses available, many of which can be accessed flexibly and studied online and are FREE dependent on eligibility.
Courses available include qualifications (up to degree level) to help veterans retrain for a new career opportunity or simply to upskill and gain a valuable English and maths qualification at Level 2. We also offer courses and sessions to support health & wellbeing from lifesaving to microwave cookery and even have courses and sessions which will upskill parent/care givers to be able to support their children with their schoolwork.
We accept Enhanced Learning Credits for a number of our higher-level programmes, enabling access to university level study within a range of subjects including:
