Specialising in Cookery courses including Microwave Cookery, Budget Shopping, Baking for Beginners and seasonal cookery courses such as Edible Gifts, Christmas Canapés and much more.

Bill is a Qualified Chef with over 40 years’ experience in the Hospitality trade teaching diverse groups in community venues, sheltered housing and within HMPPS venues, recently winning a recognition award from HMP Wymott for his service, and helping to improve the cookery skills and promote independent living for Lancashire residents.
