Creative Ways to Improve Your Wellbeing (Online) (Health and Wellbeing)
Participating in Art activities is known to relieve stress, reduce anxiety and create an increased sense of personal wellbeing. Art is also a well-recognised form of relaxation and has many wider benefits to your wellbeing.
During this online course, you will be lead in a range of demonstrations using a range of practical skills, reviewing the connections to the 5 ways to wellbeing as you go along. Your teacher has selected a range of techniques and activities because of their connection to wellbeing, they will be suitable to do at home with limited materials and resources.
You will be asked to attempt each activity at your own pace and to then share what you have created and your experiences the following week.
You will be encouraged to relax throughout the course, enjoy the creative process and learn to let go of the finished outcome.
This course is delivered online and aims to allow you to explore and be creative in the comfort of your own home.
