Business Administration Level 2

Course Overview

This course is designed for learners seeking the skills and knowledge needed to work in the world of business. It will provide learners with the underpinning knowledge that is required by employees to work in a range of different environments in a business administration role.

The course will cover a wide range of subject areas to give you a great insight into the business sector. This will enable you to learn new skills or upskill your current skills and qualities. You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out administrative tasks such as how to manage information and supporting events as well as know how to apply their knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

What Will I Learn and How Will I be Learning?

You will be completing a number of units of which will be submitted online. You will need to have access to a computer and wi-fi. You will be taught online via Teams so will need to ensure your computer or device has access to a microphone and a webcam.

Entry Requirements

You will complete an initial assessment via email and a discussion with your allocated personal tutor. This will enable your tutor to plan your learning programme. It is ideal that you have a good level of English and maths due to the level of the course and the course work involved.

You should be able to:

· have access to a computer or tablet with an internet connection

· write in complete sentences using capital letters, full stops and question marks

· plan and write in short paragraphs

· identify main points and ideas in a text

· follow verbal and written instructions/including numerical informatio
