At Lancashire Adult Learning we know how important your health and wellbeing is, especially during this uncertain and unusual time.

Looking after your mental and physical health has never been more important, we are working to ensure our learners, both existing and new, are able to benefit from our offer.  

Every Monday, we are launching a new Health and Wellbeing video on our Facebook page – give us a follow and get involved.

Whether you are looking to start a new arts and crafts hobby, improve on your cooking skills or practice mindfulness during your time in self-isolation, we also have a range of resources to help you.
