5 Ways to Improve Your Mental Wellbeing

Course Overview

This course will introduce learners to the 5 Ways to well-being along with practical tools to enable them to incorporate each one into their daily life. The 5 ways are simple but highly effective strategies that have been researched and developed to improve mental health and well-being and trying these strategies can help you to feel more positive and better able to get the most out of life. 

How long is the course?

The course is 2 hours per session and is delivered over two individual sessions or weeks.

What Will I Learn and How Will I be Learning?

You will be asked to complete:

• A learning mat

• Course hand-outs as appropriate

• A Destination Survey and Student Satisfaction form at the end of the course

Entry Requirements

In order to attend this course you should be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English at Entry Level 3 and above.

What Can I Do Next?

This session is intended to be a one off session.
